Wow. Eleventh grade still hasn't killed me yet. That's... pretty amazing. :D
The first few rehearsals for Our Town have been awesome. I love our cast, and everyone gets along great. Feels a little bit like a family. (Speaking of families, my "family" has pretty evenly divided genes. Jacob and Marcel are both dark-haired, while Lucy and I are pale and blonde. XD Awesome casting there, Mr. O'Neil.)
PFD = greatest class ever. We color stuff and take personality quizzes. It's AWESOME. On Thursday, Kaitlyn and I talked about anime and drew unicorns on our worksheet. Nothing else. Nobody cared. I love free credits.
However, Algebra II/AP US History/Psychology =/= free credits. I swear those three classes will end me. Algebra because math has NEVER been my friend and there is so. much. homework. AP US History... well, let's just say those extra ten AP points are going to be my saving grace. And Psych? WHY DID I TAKE THIS CLASS?! It's full of memorization and scientists trying to justify animal testing. If I didn't have Anna and Ivana in that class, I would most definitely have dropped it in the first week. I do love Mrs. Gerace, though. I guess I just have to try a little harder...
In other news, I'm a little obsessed with the works of Tsuda Mikiyo. Day of Revolution and Princess Princess are both really great manga about looking past gender and being yourself. In all honesty I was hesitant about reading DoR at first, since Megumi struck me as a flat character in PuriPuri. Man, was I wrong. DoR really gives you insight as to why she's so calm and at peace with herself. And I just adore Mikoto/Megumi. :3 Those two rock.
You know, for some reason I've been on a roll with my writing lately. I've been turning in some great essays in English (and now have my FIRST A EVER in that class) and have filled a couple of spirals with random drabbles. AR, White Moon, Incarnate, Learning Opportunities... all of my stories. :) And I've been contemplating posting my writing here for you guys to critique. I dunno. I'll come back to that later.
Much Love,
Tisbee

Greatest rehearsal moment so far:
Me (Mrs. Gibbs): I can't even get him to chop me some wood!
Jacob (Doc Gibbs): Is he sassy to you?
Whole Room: **bursts out laughing after a beat**
Mr. O'Neil: ... 'Kay, we're gonna have to change that line, I think.
(It was more the way he said it than anything. XD Big, deep voice saying "Is he... sassy to you?" )
For those who don't know that much about Our Town, here's a trailer:
They're using southern accents in this version. (?!? It's set in New Hampshire!) Acting's great, but... our cast is better. :]

I found this really nice picture on my dad's camera of me with all of my brothers. It was taken at my cousin Eliza's christening (her parents are Catholic), which explains the nice clothes. Otherwise I would probably still be asleep that early in the morning.

You know, for Sims, they sure do stay in character. O_o Cori-Sim is constantly hugging everyone, Zak-Sim mostly stays in his room and stares at the wall (It's creepy), Chris-Sim fails at everything he attempts, and Kai-Sim is mortified whenever anyone walks around in his or her underwear. (Lav-Sim does this quite frequently. I dunno why.) Auberon-Sim's birthday party was fun. It was a pool party. Tara wasn't invited, apparently. :/
This gem was recorded during some of the first moments of Beta Centauri. Basically:
--Chris-Sim checks Ria-Sim out.
--Tara-Sim shakes her booty.
--Epic pillow fights erupt.
--Vincent-Sim checks Ria-Sim out.
And here's a cute tidbit of Jerry and Onyx's really corny date. I just love how the food magically appears and Onyx pigs out.

Mmm... in other news... I missed my bus yesterday. It would have been more hilarious if I hadn't already used up most of my sick days this semester. Also, it was an A-Day yesterday, and I actually love A-Days. Child Development is a course I need for my Education path, and it's filled with seniors who really don't give a crap about anything that isn't sex or football. So, we don't do much in there. Speech requires a grand total of one minute of work per day, and English may be more difficult (being Pre-AP), but it's so much fun with the guys I sit with. And last is Biology, which might as well be called "Two Hours of Goofing Off and Talking About Anime with Holly." Needless to say, it's my favorite class. Mrs. Flores rocks.
B-Days are not nearly as awesome. First I have Interior Design. I have already expressed my megaloathing for this class in a previous entry, I believe. After that is AP World History. It's a lecture-based class, and I happen to be passing that one. (I'm pretty proud of this fact, since the exams are fracking impossible.) Then I go to Geometry (after scrambling to do the homework during lunch). My class is full of idiots, but it's the good kind of idiot. Yesterday four of them burst into spontaneous Backstreet Boys songs. My last class is Theater Tech.
Now, see, they couldn't put me in Theater 2, because back at Williams, I wasn't technically in Theater 1. I was in Advanced Theater, and they don't offer that in Prosper. Thus, I agreed to try Theater Tech. I figured, hey, it'd be a good chance to learn how to work lighting and soundboards.
Dear Barbara, was I wrong. In Theater Tech, we are Ms. Harlow's mindless errand-bitches, stapling packets, painting posters, and moving chairs. The woman doesn't strike me as being totally all-there. Last week she yelled at us for about an hour because one of us apparently stole her cell phone and iPod. She found said items the next day in her car, but never apologized to us.
Mkay, done ranting. Hyuu~
